Just wanted to know, what would be my course of action if the creditor does not respond to my debt validation within the 30 day time frame. I've already received my signature of confirmation for the letters that were sent out. At this time can I send a copy of that to all 3 credit bureaus in order to have the information removed? Thanks for all your help.

I'm not sure if I'm correct, but I don't think the creditor has to respond in any time frame, the credit bureaus have 30 days to respond. If I remember correctly that is what Cajun had told me. When the creditor did not respond to me, I did an online dispute and answered "not my debt" and after 30 days it was removed from my reports.
