I am relatively new to these forums and I have learned many new things. My questions is this. When I am disputing CSC Credit Services and I send them a Certified Letter with Return Receipt and it comes back to me with no forwarding address, what can I do. I have verified that the address matches my credit report. Are there any loopholes that I can use to get them to listen?
I would send a copy of your letter,envelope,and notation showing
I would send a copy of your letter,envelope,and notation showing it is undeliverable to the credit bureau and demand a deletion since your Fcra rights to dispute with a data furnisher have been denied.Good Luck.
my credit report
I only have (2) lines of credit and they are Bank of America and a student loan that's in default. Nothing else do I have or ever had since 1973.
