How should I deal with this? Should I just dispute with CRA that these accts are past SOL and should be removed even though I am not 100% sure or should I dispute that no DOLA is reported and they need to add it?
Thanks a lot for any advice!!!!!!

Yes, exactly-- dispute to the bureaus (via certified mail, return receipt, keep signed and dated copies of your letters) and ask them to include a DOLA if there is not one. Keep in mind that just because a debt is beyond the SOL does not mean it must be deleted from your credit-- remember, some states have short SOLs but negative accounts will remain on your credit for 7 years no matter your state's SOL. In response to your disputes, the bureaus will contact the creditor/furnisher of information who will either provide the DOLA or not. If your report is still incorrect/incomplete after this 'verification' by the bureaus, you may have a claim under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. But be sure to save signed, dated copies of your letters and send them certified mail, it will be much easier for a lawyer to analyze your claim later, if one develops. Good luck.

Also, the state SOLs are for lawsuits - the 7 year SOL is for reporting. So if it's past your state SOL, it means they can't sue you, but they can still report it and attempt to collect.
