Has anyone heard of or used this credit repair service?

Sounds sooo good at first, so nice, but very high turnover in employees. Do not expect your person u started with to be around 3 months later. At which point your file will be delayed and nobody will help you. They say they promise to give service for life and I paid 1600 and 2 yrs later nobody will speak with me. My person left in the process so I was never even finished. They did start and seems like they should be able to do a good job but geez that is not our story!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience was horrible. treated me like crap and all they wanted was a "retainer' over a thousand doallers plus a fee for 6 months. and the retainer had to be paid up front. I thought they couldn't do that by law or do they use the lawyer retainer phrase to btpass that. I never signed up and never will.

I've gotten letters, in the past from RMCN. Someone, in the above post, said they signed up with them. Why would you do that when the are a collection agency? According to the letters that I've recieved from them, that's what they are. They were asking me to "pay for a debt" that was way beyond the SOL date and if I paid them anything, I would start the 'clock over'.

well I used there service and I found it to be fabulous. I started out with so much negatives on my report and working with this service helped me to regain alot of advantages. my credit has allowed me to purchase a vechile and now im on my way to purchasing a home. You just have to step out and do what they require and watch the outcome be a postive change.

I am a repeat client with RMCN and dealing with Doug Parker's company has had nothing but positive affects on ALL of my credit scores. My Equifax score alone when up about 100 points. Without this company I would not have been able to get approved for my brand new house.

Having read through the reponses on this forum I can see that a lot of you were just too impatient or too ignorant to deal with such a customer service friendly company. You probably didn't understand what you were signing into and then logged onto a site like this and believed a bunch of lies that were spewed at you from some disgruntled ex-employee.

I challenge you to give this company a chance. They have changed my credit and my life as they have no doubt done with so many others. Do some REAL research. The Better Business Bureau is a non-federal company that you have to pay to have any real standing with.

They need to change their name to "Wreck my credit now". You can't believe anything they tell you. Super nice and very impressive up front, but it's all smoke and mirrors. Once you sign their contract and they're in your bank account, good luck. You pay a hefty up front fee, then get charged for the next 6 months....they tell you that you can cancel early, but try to take them up on that and you won't get any response from them. I'm still cleaning up after them. They do a lot of "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" type of referrals that keep them going.

To all investigating RMCN,

I recently read ALL the postings listed here and I saw that one was posted by Doug Parker the ceo where he gave his email address. I emailed him and he promptly emailed me back. While I see there has been several complaints and praises a CEO who cares enough to give his email address and promptly address concerns is leading a company i feel comfortable doing business with. I am not giving them praise yet, just a shot, but i will be more then happy to update anyone who has any questions on how my experience is going. my email is equipmentmover at gmail dot com. Shoot me an email and i will give you updates as well as posting here on what happens. If it goes bad I WILL post it everywhere. good luck getting your credit repaired all! I almost forgot, Doug Parker did call me personally and seems like a stright shooter at least so far.

We used this guy jason woody when we were looking to get into a new home . Talk about obnoxious. He is overly arrogant (and for no reason), loud, and so pushy trying to sell this crap product that it borders on threatening. The funny part is he blabs at how professional he is but take one look at his face book page and you will see how racist, egotistical, obnoxious and ignorant this man is. He seems to thrive on pushing buttons and his need to feel superior and powerful always comes at a cost, whether it be starting chaos as evident by his rants on face book and at times as we experienced talking down to people to gain control in business. My husband and I used this company because it was close to home and we were in the process of trying to buy a new house. We had some disputes on our credit due to stolen identity that remained and wanted to have a professional assist us in having it rectified before buying our home so our interest rate would be more in our favor. What a mistake. We wasted money on nothing. Nothing on our report reflected the money we paid them and the promises they made. Very disappointed, but happy to say that after this ordeal we handled the issue ourselves and made it into a new home after all. No thanks to RMCN or this bully of a man Jason Woody.
