SBA Loan

I had a business loan from a bank called Stearns bank that was finance through SBA (Small business loan program) that I defaulted 3 years ago. I don’t see that coming in my personal credit report.
Anybody know if that will ever show up on my credit history or since it’s a federal program it might not get it reported?

Also no one has pursued me about this loan as of yet and its been 3 years. and what is SOL stands for?
