Two of the others they supposedly checked with - which were not removed - it just has a memo that says meets fcra guidelines but I know for a fact that these are from more than 11 years ago.

You can always supply Experian and TransUnion the paperwork that Equifax sent you showing that they were removed and this should help. Are you providing them with any kind of proof to support your claim along with your disputes. I think its always best to just send dispute letters to all three of the credit bureaus when disputing anything. If you are going through the trouble of filing a dispute why not do all three. This will save you a lot of time and effort in the long run.
You also might try sending debt validation letters to the companies who are reporting things from 11 years ago. You also have to remember that if you had ever made a payment or if your creditors charged off the accounts than they can remain on your credit reports for 7 years from those dates.
Good luck.
