Guys,
Kinldy advise how to proceed.
I didnt end my contract with contract with tmobile and I also moved 2 states,
I guess they had sent collection notices to my old address and now I pulled my credit report
I see an entry from attorney, for 457$
Kindly advise if I should dispute it or settle it . All i want to do is get it out of my credit report Should I dispute it or pay it.I actually informed tmobile to cancel my contract due to a change in agreement but guess they did not honor it.

Am new to the forum ... see a lot about debt validation , debt verification and 1-2 punch.... am very confused as to how to deal with this as this is already on mycredit report.
Can I send them a letter explaing them that tmobile did not cancel my contract though they should have and since i moved.. i did not know about the collection notices ..... that bill is not valid ... or would that be admission of guilt .....and land me in more trouble ...
do i call and setlle with the attorney or try to dispute it .... please help ...
