Does it have to be on the Credit Report?

Is it the SOL different if a credit card or not?
Does the SOL go by the state where it started or where you are at now?
About 90% of the items on my credit report will automatically fall off in 2010 per the credit report I have (I have all 3). All three say the same thing in aspect to when certain accounts will end.
Example: ***This Account is scheduled to continue on record until April 2010
OK so …one account that I have does not have that…but it says:
Opened in April 2002
Reported since April 2002
Date of Status Jul 2004
Last Reported Jul 2004
So what does this mean. Does it have to have a SOL…I lived in California when this account upended. I live in MA now. Thanks
In 2010 I will be debit free! So please help me out all….

SOL varies from state to state as well as with the nature of the debt. If you live in CA, then the SOL is 2 years for oral agreements, and 4 years for written contracts, promissory notes and open ended accounts. But since you currently stay at MA, the SOL on the debt will be 6 years. Now whether the SOL has expired or not depends on the date of your last payment.
