I have some debts that are approaching their SOL within the next few months (its going to be almost 4 years, which is the SOL in my state).
What course of action should I take?
Should I do a PfD ?
Would it help my credit score/report?
Also, the OCs have marked them as charge offs. Is there anything that can be done about those?

TIA!

Personally I would lay low until the the SOL is past. You could go for pay for delete but they could say no and then quickly pursue you.

Reporting SOL is 7 years so if they are reporting accurately there is not much you can do to get them off....you can try disputing them but legally they can report.
