Its past SOL, but on my CR

So I have some debts that collection companies sold to other collection companies. The date of the actual breech is past the 4 year SOL for california, but the dates they use are much more recent because the companies sell them off... Can I get these companies to get off my credit report based on this?

Im being dinged for the same thing like 3 times, from 3 seperate companies. I dont get it. Is this legal?

Send debt validation letter to each collection agency. These scum collection agencies buy junk debts in bulk and pass it on to other CAs for collection. Send dispute letter to credit bureaus asking them to delete the incorrect items.

I actaully 'disputed' some items, on my CR, that the SOL has expired on. The CB came back with the decision that the "items were accurate and updated." I KNOW the 'accounts' on the CR's are mine, but, I thought they could come off if the SOL expired.
