Hi all -
I just found out why I keep receiving credit card offers at my address in my ex-husband's name. Apparently his SSN is showing up on my credit report for some reason.
Is there a letter on the site somewhere that someone has created that I can send to all the credit bureaus to make them aware that this SSN is not associated with me? I am worried that any credit problems he may have would show up on my report, since his SSN is showing up there. We have been divorced for quite some time, and I don't know how this number got on there.
Thanks.

Simply, send a letter to the credit bureau to update your current information. Mention the point that your ex's SSN should not be coming in your credit report for the reasons you mention. The credit bureau will do the needful.
