Has anyone in here actually sued the credit bureaus before? I am just starting the process here and wondered how it went? Thanks...I just got the papers from my attorney today and was looking for advice from fellow cra sue-er...thank you

I was actually on my way to suing the creditor that was reporting negative information on my credit report for years. I went to the CEO of the company and their executive dept. mine has been removed. There is an article online a lady sued Trans Union for 800,000.00 and won they had her identity mistaken for someone else. Don't give up the fight I didn't and so happy I won!
