Credit Report Tradeline

I have a neiman marcus account which was charge off. An debt collection agency bought the debt.
Credit report show that two tradeline
1 for neiman marcus
1 for credit agency
Both are for the same debt.
credit agency show a higher amount (assume including interest over time)
Neiman Marcus has an earlier removal date 10/2014
Credit agency show removal date 2/2015.
From what I read since they are the same debt, the removal date should be the same for both.
Is that true? If true, What is the best way to write a letter of correction to the Credit Report Agency so that I can have two tradeline get remove by 10/2014.

removal date should be the
removal date should be the same as the original creditor. Dispute the CA tradeline.
