Paid Settlement, NEW Derogatory Listing

I recently paid 3 CA's for settlement in full. I just received a credit alert saying I have a Grid Code L (Charge Off) and a NEW Major Derogatory listing for one of them (the others have not been finalized yet). The OC's already charged them off last year. What and why is this??
