Tribute Visa Acct Closed due to lawsuit against them

I got one of those credit cards for people w/bad credit. I only did it to get back on the right track, which actually worked because I was never late & was able to raise my credit score. This was one of those deals where you start out with $300 limit & have to pay $100 annual fee, plus a monthly maintenance fee.
They recently closed the "program" & assured me it had nothing to do with my payment history or anything - anyone on this program had their accounts closed. I thought it had something to do w/the economy, but came across an interesting lawsuit document:

I'm not sure what it all means, expect obviously they have violated some laws. Can anyone shed some light? Have I been wronged somehow?
