Credit Inquiry

So to make a long story short I have two credit report inquiries on my account from a collection agency that I did not authorize. They were done in the spand of one month. The guy at the agency said they according to the FCRA and the FDCPA that they could for the purposes of locating me pull my credit as much as they want. They also said they could do it because I signed a contract with Sprint and when I did I gave them permission to pull my report. He also said they have a right to pull my report because I was delinquent. Is this true? THanks for the help.
now just to be sure.it wasn't a hard pull.just an inquiry right?
now just to be sure.it wasn't a hard pull.just an inquiry right?not all inquiries effect your report.a hard pull does.that is when you authorize a company to check your credit to obtain new credit.like a car,or home loan.a collecor can reoprt on your CR,but can't pull on a regular basis without cause or your permission.were these hard pulls?or just inquiries?
Collection agencies can pull your credit when collecting a debt.
