Oh crap!

Hey everyone! I filed for Chapter 7 back in 08 and I still had two banks reporting me as delinquent, Capital One and a local Credit union. Well, two weeks ago I sent complaints to the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office. Last week I get an email notification from Experian letting me know that...The credit union account has been REMOVED from all three credit reports. Just now, I checked my Experian (Capital one had still listed the account as a charge off with them, but NOT with Equifax, strange) and some time in the last 24 hours my report has been updated and the Capital One account now shows as being included in a Chapter 7! My score just jumped from 548 to 608 in one day....
Seriously, everyone write to your local AG office. They did not handle Capital one, the office of the comptroller of the currency did, but it WORKS!
