Equifax and Experian ARE DIFFICULT

I have asked, and asked, for verification, and validation, for an LVNV account, listed on both my Equifax and Experian credit reports. I have been disputing this for more than a year. Both credit agencies always state the account is verified as mine. But the account is not mine. The account shows to be removed in June. I don't think I should have to wait, until June, for LVNV, to remove an account, from my credit report, that is not mine.
If you have iron clad proof that the debt is not yours then sue
If you have iron clad proof that the debt is not yours then sue LVNV, EQ and EX for violations of the FCRA.
