Orchard Bank...can i cancel?

I haven't gotten that card yet, and they say the application is still processing. Could I cancel that? Even if i lose the $19 dollar processing fee, that'd be okay. Or would I still be on the hook for the annual fee? Would it help me to just keep the card, pay the annual fee this year, and use it for small purchases that i easily just pay off each month, such as a cable bill or something?

What you can do is to call up the bank and speak to them regarding the issue,and let them know that you are not interested in keeping the card.In case they ask for a fine, I think you will not have any problem as you had already listed that you are ready to pay that!

Even if it's beyond 3 days, credit card agreements terms and conditions don't kick in until you physically receive the credit card with the agreement, sign the card, and use the card. I agree with Rebecca, call them up, cancel, and get your refund.
