Orchard Bank...still haven't received card

I still haven't gotten my orchard bank card...i was approvedo n 6/1, and on 6/13 they said it was all processed. They said it's in the mail and can take 10-14 days. I mean if its actually mailed like they said it was on the 12th, it's now the 22nd...i've never heard of mail taking this long. I called today to ask about rush delivery and they assure me it was mailed.

I'm sure they were talking about "working days" which is typical
I'm sure they were talking about "working days" which is typically "Mon through Fri", which in that case would only be 8 days. Be patient, I am sure you will receive it within the allotted time, if not, call them back.

Thanks Shazzers...but my concern is that they said it was 'mailed' on the 14th...ive never heard of mail taking that long. Also when i call the 'business days' changes each time, from 7-10 to 10-14 and back. If they had said it was ten days to process from the 13th, that'd be fine...but when they tell me they actually mailed it, that's when I get worried.
