Which option will help me with my credit? Doing it on my own is no longer an option as I was too close as it was every month. Should I contact the company's and ask them to lower my rates? |

Hi Ddtd,
You need to send a hardship letter to the creditors, explaining your situation. Send the letter through certified mail, requesting a return receipt. The creditors may consider your request if you have a good payment history. Can you tell whether or not you have already defaulted on your payments?
Thanks
