If so, you get CreditCheck Select for free with your membership. I just signed up myself, but basically you get free access to your Experian credit report and notification/updates as to changes. You don't get your credit score with it, but it's free...
Ideally, there are better services if you can afford them. But this service in particular filled a gap for me, as I'm paying for MyFICO's ScoreWatch (Equifax) and Quarterly Monitoring (TransUnion)... and although I won't get my credit score from CreditCheck, I can still guage what's happening and make sure Experian is in line with my other reports.
