I co-signed a car for a friend back in 2001. The car was repossessed in 2002 and had a judgment against me in 2004. The account was reported in my credit report for 7 yrs and was removed back last. Now the creditor has renew the debt as a charge off and didn???t put the date the account was first reported late. Can they do that?

I am in fl. the judment is still in my report. But the installment charge off account was remove back in 2009. can they renew that installment. I
