What can I do?

I have several debts right now and recently we changed our land line and they still found us, I would like to take care of these debts, but I can barely make my mortgage as it is. My wife and I are already in bankruptcy that was cleared, I think in 2005. what can I do to stop the bleeding and the harassing phone calls.
