Hi All,

I'm wondering if it is possible to improve one's credit without having employment data shown on their credit report?

I have one very aggressive collector who is attempting to collect on a debt that is past the MI revolving debt SOLs but I've read that at times the duration can be longer than MI's six years. Most websites state the following disclaimer: "Another state's limitation period may apply, check statutes carefully."

I've asked the collector for original paperwork for the debt but they have told me that they would not be able to provide this so I am uncertain if the debt is actually past the statute of limitations or not. What should I do?

Are there any avenues through which I could improve my personal credit rating without showing my employment information?

There are lots of ways to improve your credit report. But I'm afraid that your employment data plays a very significant role in it.

The fact that the debt collector refuses to show the original paperwork in relation to your debt sound real fishy to me. It would be better if you ask help from professional credit specialists. Refer to
Good Luck!

Solicitation removed.
