disputing online?

when disputing online what should i choose as your reason for disputing? Here are some of the choices:
payment never late
no knowledge of account
unathorized charges
balance inccorect
Im just trying to get some of these things off. I already disputed my personal information and there was 4 addresses that I never truly lived at and most addresses were wrong! Thanks in advance:)

You should not dispute online at all because they allow only for those choices. What are you disputing? It is always better to dispute in writing. I have seen accounts get verified even just a day after an online dispute is made.

As of 7/1/2010, consumers can now dispute directly with the furthisher of the information.
The Direct Dispute process is set forth in FCRA 623(a)(8), and the implementing regulations can be found at 16 CFR 660.4.
