I have removed the account numbers in your post.Please don't ever post that on a internet board for your protection.Going by your post the only negative is American Express. You can contact them about the Oasis program. You would have to pay the debt in full and they would reestablish an account for you. Normally after repayment in full,they will remove the negative reporting upon completing the Oasis program.
