Utility bills on credit report

Unless you dispute it with the collection agency as never contacted about debt, or nigotate with the collection agency that once the debit is paid, the account will be deleted it will stay on your credit report. Though it should be updated to "paid" status.

Got to be either 4 years, 5 years or 10 years. I don't guess that there are any sol's in missouri for debt less than 4 years. Open accounts in Missouri 5 years? Are cc accounts considered OPEN accounts in Missouri? Thanks beli! First thing I would do is contact the original creditor and the public service commissioner for the state that debt was incurred.Work towards a payment plan that would delete this account from reports.
