I was told by a credit repair firm that if a CA sends you a form back that they consider "validation" of the debt. Thet there is a letter which asks the ca to send you a signed contract stating that you got into the agreement with the original debtor.. Is there any truth to this?

there should be something from the originl creditor.even a statement should suffice.a letter from the CA is not validation by any stretch.

i would still state that was not proper validation.request a statement from sprint.that sounds like something i could type up.
