They likely have PP to pull your reports. They are Axiant now but I guess they're still using W&A for inquiries. What state do you live in? Do you know what debt they may have purchased? Pay attention to anything they send you, they do litigate and in Dallas County win >90% by default.

So after further investigation...is W&A now the same thing as Mann Braken? I ask because I have two accounts with Mann Braken that they have sent letters to me about and I sent them DV letter in response. I only received back copies of my cc statements and nothing else. Could they be checking my credit report to see what is happening with my situation or do you think this is another account all together? Thanks!
