Ch7 BK filed 10/2005, discharged 2/2006

Capital One and Chase entries do not have a statement "This account is scheduled to continue on record until Aug 2012."
I have the capital one and two chase that were part of the BK, but lacking this statement on the credit report, how/when can I get them off my credit report?

The 3rd Chase entry was before the BK.
Chase
Status: Transferred,closed. $X written off.
Charge Off as of Aug 2005
Creditor's Statement: Purchased by another lender

how/when can I get this off my credit report?

Thanks!

Your Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing will remain in your credit report for the next 10 years. As far as I can understand, the capital one and other chase accounts that you're speaking about are delinquent. Thus, like any other negative item, they will remain in your credit report for the next 7 years. After 7 years are over, they will be removed from your credit report.
