I am in the process of cleaning up my credit. There is an account on the Experian report only that does not belong to me. It is a Bank of America charge acccount. I have never had a Bank of America charge account. I noticed on one of the pages it has my name and 2 of my past addresses but then it has another person with my name California address that is not me. What do I do to get this taken off?

You need to dispute the incorrect listing with the bureaus. As per the FCRA, the bureaus need to investigate the listing within 30 days and rectify any incorrect info in your report. If any changes have been made in your report, the bureaus must send you a free updated copy of your report. If the bureaus do not remove the incorrect listing from your report, you may file a complaint with the FTC by calling them at 1-877-382-4357.
