Debt wrongly Placed on Credit

I have a debt that was placed on my credit by Quest which I ahve explained over and over that I do not have their services. They still placed a collection on my credit. I have talked to several Quest reps which assured me that the account was closed and even gave me a termination number,I still recived a bill from them eventhough I do not use their services.
