Wrong Persons Info on Report

My fiancee and I are in the process of rebuilding our credit. His report shows many, probably at least 10 accounts that do not belong to him, but belong to his father. Both have the same name and initials.
How do we go about disputing the accounts on his report that do not belong to him? He has been denied credit in the past because they said he had too much debt, when in fact he had no debt at all, but the accounts were his fathers. Some of the accounts were opened when my fiancee was a child and could not have opened the accounts.
Please, any advice as to how to contact the bureaus or the creditors would be greatly appreciated!

You need to actually send them letters. It may even take a couple of attempts. Be persistent. Certified mail would be best.
