I just saw an article claiming that their is another credit reporting agency called Innovis. They don't seem to offer you a free copy of your report from them? Should I be concerned about them? Anyone with any experience where there report affected credit decisions?

I probably would not worry about them. There is not anything that you can do about them being there. If you are adversely affected by them, then you could file a complaint with the FTC, and I am sure there will be a whole slew of lawyers willing to take action against them if they decide they want to change the rules.

They seem to have the normal policies that were in place before the FTC ordered the creation of AnnualCreditReport.com. The usual practice was that if some negative info on it caused a creditor to deny you credit, or a prospective employer to deny you employment due to it, that you are granted a free copy to double check the info and dispute it if need be. If the disputed info is proven wrong, you *may* be able to sue for damages if that wrong info caused you verifiable loss/damages.
