Good evening,
Can someone please help me understand my situation. I just printed out my credit report and I am in the bottom 11% of the US in terms of my credit score. My real debt is about $15,000.... How long does it really take for you to see any kind of improvements? I feel like by that time it won't even be worth it?

It's always worth it to clean up your credit. Your debt is rather low and you should have no problem. Click on "Do It Yourself" above and contact them an attempt a settlement. Remember, get a settlement letter in writing. And get a pre-paid debit card in case you need to make any payments, do not give your bank info.
