I had a telephone number of 717-238-7124 displayed on my caller ID today and I did a reverse search on this telephone number and it displayed Penn Credit Corporation in Harrisburg, PA. I have never heard of this company. My question is has anyone heard of this collection agency company and do they collect on certain debts such as payday loans, credit cards? Any input is appreciated.
