I do
not know what state you are in or what your state law says about payday
loans, so cannot advise you on that, but I can tell you that I am in NC
(PDLs are prohibited) and had a loan through them and was not able to
get anything back from them. I was paying $75 every pay period and was
getting nowhere with them. When I revoked my authorization for them to
debit my account, I got a nasty email telling me that since I did that,
my account was going right to collections. I responded back to them that
I was only asking that my account be marked PIF and quoted them my law
again and told them I just wanted have this matter resolved, etc. and I
have not heard back from them. With all the payday loans I had, I
actually lost a lot of money. It has been an expensive and hard lesson
learned, but at this point in time, I am just thankful that am only
having to deal with one right now and it has been an ongoing battle, but
I am going to win this one.
Check your state laws, see how much you borrowed and how much you have
paid back and go from there. If you need additional help, please post
these things and someone on here will be able to point you in the right
direction. Good luck.
I'm
having probs getting in touch with them,, what can i do??? I wanted to
pay them off and couldn't even do that,, now i'm overdrawn and paying
insuff fund fees.... I'm in Ky,, does anyone know KY
laws?

I have
recently had about 10 payday loans, trying to get money from my account
while i was in rehab, after i came back, i simply closed the account.
when they call em or e-mail me, i tell them to provide me with the loan
details and agreements, they are unable to do that so...there is
absolutely nothing they can do.
If they try to put it on my credit, it is very easy to remove...given
that they in many cases have no legal right to charge these crazy
interest rates [the law in Cali is called "using"].
hope this helps someone.

Please
get rid of the account. They will take the service fee out of your
account infinitely, when most payday loans will after the 4th service
fee require a 50dollar pay down. I called them after seeing this on my
account. I forgot I found them somehow on the web and took a $250 loan.
I ended up paying them $1285 total.
Please contact them and pay this off immediately.

Here
is what I used to get a hold of them. I also have a complaint filed
with the AG and BBB. They have been vague in their responses to the
BBB, so I am pushing for more specifics before I accept their
responses.

I had
several payday loans and I contacted this company Langhorne debt
solutions. I spoke with someone named Bill and he helped me. I signed
a limited power of attorney and they are dealing with all of my payday
loans. I had about six of them. They are working to settle for a
certain amount. It has been a huge relief. If anyone wants any
information on them, please let me know. email address removed as
per forum rules - Mike
