Yes i have been charged with a 19.99 fee that came out of my account and did not authorize this!! I tried to call a number that indicated your hours of operation from 9-9 est and there was no answer. Could someone please contact me to credit my account and reimburse the overdraft fee this created on my account.

The company name is usa benefits. They have a web address but the number i got from it has no answer. Let me know what you find out.

You may find a number is there. Have you tried a WHOIS search on their website? You might get lucky with a number through that.
