I applied for a loan from edollars direct online but I never singed an agreement to the terms In fact i cancled the request when contacted On 12/18/06 there was a deposit made into my account for 200 when i called the bank to see where it came from they told me edollars direct I was shocked because I cancled the request I called edollars and they were trying to tell me that i agreed to the terms over the phone which i did not and now I have a loan i did not want how can i handle this problem

Since you never signed an agreement with Edollars, you should be able to return them the money. Get their mailing address and write a check for the principal amount only. You don't have to send anything more than that. Write a cancellation letter with the payment and get it acknowledged. Since your checking account info is with them, be cautious if they try any debits in the future.

FIRST, close your bank account. Or ask your bank for a new account. When you go over a network like that your checking account information is passed out and even sold. If you don't change accounts, you might find fees that are coming from different lenders and companies that you did not authorize. How can your bank stop a payment that they are not looking for.
