Since you never signed an agreement with Edollars, you should be able to return them the money. Get their mailing address and write a check for the principal amount only. You don't have to send anything more than that. Write a cancellation letter with the payment and get it acknowledged. Since your checking account info is with them, be cautious if they try any debits in the future.

If you don't change accounts, you might find fees that are coming from different lenders and companies that you did not authorize. How can your bank stop a payment that they are not looking for.

Beauty, how can I get a PDL company to settle or mark my acct PIF?? They are saying that I signed a contract with the state of Utah, when the loan company was in Nevada. And besides that, they say that they don't have to follow the laws of my state?? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!1
