I see others have asked this question, but I don't see a clear answer. What creditor is this?

To all this may concern: Two days on the phone. Tons of stress. And lots of dead ends. I finally got lucky and found a number which resolved my case. Here is a good deed passed onto others:

Conoco Phillips Union/CitiBankSouthDakota
1-800-722-2617
P.O. Box 689140
Des Moines, IA 50368-9140

Mention your credit report. Give your info. Takes 30 days for correction to be updated on your credit report if you are able to be removed from account

Just had the same issue and called the telephone number listed above. Apparently, the company has changed names slightly, and the addresses may have changed too.

If you have incorrect information listed on your credit report and need to get it off, the first step is to send formal notice to the credit card company. If they don't take initiative to get the credit reporting agencies to fix the info, then you can file a lawsuit.

For this case, send letters to Conoco Phillips 76, Citibank SDNA, P.O. Box 6402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117.
