I have a $19.95 charge on my bank account from you and I NEVER authorized for this service, and now I have a $29.00 insufficient fund fee also because the money wasn't in my account for you to take out. I would like a refund of $48.95. I would like a response as soon as possible.

If you were looking for a pdl over the internet, some sites will charge you a fee. The fee is charged whether you get a loan from them or not. I would contact your bank and let them know the charged was unauthorized and dispute the charge. The bank will take it up with the company. Ususally they will refund you the fee and the overdraft charges. Also they will have the # to the company who charged the fee and you can call them to ask for a refund.
