If yes, do you know the name of the companies you are dealing with? Chances are, Westbury Adventures is one of the DBA names of the pdls you have the loans from.

Do you have a contract in writing? If this transaction is not authorized, go to your bank and put the item on dispute with the loan place.

I would like to know what happened in your case. I settled with them for the amount of 390.00, but they took 480.00 out of my account, because they said I left a 0 out of my account # when I gave them my checking account # for the withdrawal.

By the way I just found out that they are also known as DMS Marketing. I filed a complaint with the BBB.

I got a call from them Westbury adventures and talked to Kenneth Combs he was mean and threating. I asked many times for a address and he would never give it to me. I was at work when he called and advise him that he is hassling me and he said that I gave him the contact number so he can call me. I am scared because he sounded like they would do bodily harm to me. He made me tell him his phone number back to him and his name and to make sure I remember his name. So I am letting everyone know that his number is 800-859-6439 ext 3294 Kenneth Combs. He said that I was swearing at him and I didn't and he said that this call was recorded after we got in the middle of the conversation. I feel that law enforcement should beaware that this is happening and he threaten me and my family know and now all of you know if something happens to me. I am now SPAMMING ALL Payday loans because it is more like a LOAN SHARK... Beware!!! :cry:

This is a collection agency that is very rude and harrasing, if you feel you have nowhere else to turn try calling this law office, they will not charge you unless they win your case. it may take up to 6 months to a year but they handle there business. 1-866-339-1156
