Interim Cash hard to deal with

Just spoke with the "Supervisor" from Interim Cash 877-539-6703. He refuses to provide an address. Need to send the letter of illegal cash advance in Maryland. How can I get the letter to them??
They have a british accent but I think they are in Nevada.
He also said they were not affiliated with any other company.
Any suggestions??
