i agree completely. i just got off the phone with Katie after borrowing 300 and calling after the next pay period and asking them to take it all out, they did not and now i have been charged 594. i asked for a refund and she said there were no phone records that i have called and asked, aka no notes on my acct. i told her i am sending her my phone record of when i called and who i spoke with and i better see a reversal for those fees. she has now set my acct as paid in full but i still want my refund...this company is a bunch of crooks! do not use them at all. I am filing a complaint! they are rude as hell
