got a pdl with venturezur since 2004 I asked if I could paydown on the loan they told me no that I had to pay the fee plust the principal, so far they have collected $3600.00 I am going to the bank and stop the ach debit from them.do you know or does anyone know if they threaten with jail? Florida

Wow, it appears that you have paid way more to this company than you should have. I would immdiatly stop payment on this transaction, but be very careful with how you do the stop payment. If you stop payment on just the amount, they will change the amount or if you stop payment on the company, they may use an affiliate name. They can be very sneaky about this, so defiantly talk to your bank to make sure none of that can happen.
