Internet Payday Loan Company CMG Group

I couldn't find any info for CMG Group LLC, other than this pdl being mentioned in some previous threads, but no contact details. Do you have a website address for them? Any idea what state their in?

Have you checked with the BBB website? You usually can find an address that way.

I dfo not have a phone but I do have the fax number were I sent my letter 1-866-516-9700 I sent the letter on 3/9/07 and on 3/12/07 I received an email saying they had marked my account paid in full and that there would not be any money taken out of my account. I hope this will help. They use to use FSM Processing and now they are CMG Group, LLC.

The number I have for CMG is 866-516-9300. Cajun did a reverse phone lookup on the BBB website and found this address for that phone number... 10108 Summer Oak Ln#103 Las Vegas, NV 89134. Hope that helps!

I'm not sure if this is the place I recieved a payday loan or not but if it is please send me information about my loan with you. There was money deposited into my account on MAy 3, 2007. I'm not sure how this happened but I never applied for this, someone is using my name and appling for alot of stuff in my name. please send me a e-mail with the information. This have been going on for about a week and a half.

Hi Troy, this is not a payday loan company. This is a forum where people discuss debt and finances. What company deposited the money into your account? Have you notified police of this situation? You should do that right away if you have not. We will be happy to assist you here with the knowledge that we have among our members but please contact the police if you have not done so.

I was wondering if there is anymore information regarding this CMG group and if anyone has had luck with getting their matter resolved concerning money being deposit in there account

Yeah they deposited money into my account and took the finance charge out this past week. But i never signed up with a loan with them or anything, i don't even have a promissary note for the loan. And the # I have is 866-516-3100 and when i called them it says the number is disconnected. Can i get some help with dealing witht them please.

just called the 866-516-3100 # and it was a voicemail. I called the 866-516-9300 # and pressed a couple of responses to get a real person and it ended up being the same voicemail. I am calling my bank to stop all transactions. It has been 9 months and they are still taking money out of my account. I feel as thought they have been paid enough. The next call I make will be my attorney.

I recently tried to get a payday loan online, and of course to even get a quote on how much they can give you, you have to put in all your info. I finally decided not to do one, cuz they couldn't give me the amount I needed. But somehow today my bank account has $300 from the CMG group. I dont have any contact info for this company, I dont even remember seeing this company name anywhere, so it must have been under some other payday loan site. I never signed anything or got a promissary note. It worries me though that all those online companies make you give your account info and all that stuff before you even agree to anything. I dont know what to do about all this. Can I simply give them the money back? How do I contact them to clear this up?

I too have been hit by this company. I have been searching around for an address so I could report them to the BBB. You can't report them if you don't have an address. Here it is:

I tried calling that kansas number, and it is the same recording as the one on the 866-516-3100 line. It sounds like the same automated system with the same extensions to leave messages at saying that they are open from 8-4:30pm central time. I am reporting them right now. They need to learn to do business with people fairly, and not underhandedly like they are doing on a day to day basis.

I have been with CMG for a few months now and I have had no problems so far. I have given them a call a time or two to pay down my loan and I spoke with a representative each time I called. 1-866-516-9300

I had a pay-day loan with them. When they charged the finance charge to my account, a phone number was with it. It lead to a corporated assistance line, who than directed me to there direct number. It is 1 (866) 516-9300.

Wow we are in the same boat as well. We are taking our claim to a law office who is helping us. CMG owes us $1500.00 in interest only for a loan of $300.00 that we never committed to. Make sure your bank puts a stop payment on your accounts.

I am going through a mess now!!! My bank transaction history printout says that money has been taken out in amounts like $30 or $60, it is only being taken, when I don't conciously remember agreeing to anything online or phone or writing. CAn someone tell me if contacting an attorney is the 1st step????

I got a call from the UNited States Crime Provention Bureau today saying that CMG group gave me a payday loan and only got the finance charges and now I have refused to pay the balance. This is not correct that I know of, so is that crime place for real?? What do I do?

you tell them you know they are a fraud and a scam.also let them know you will file police reports.then do it and don't talk to them again.that is what you do my friend.

I have all the post dealing with CMG and I did some checking on my account. I have already paid them $675.00 on a $250.00 loan. I will be calling them tomorrow to find out why the are still taking money out of my bank account. This is crazy.

susan.they will debit forever if you allow it.the only way to stop them is to close your account and open a new one.stop payments don't work.i wouldn't call them.they will only talk down to you and lie.close your account and open a new one.

I contact OSL Marketing today who handles CMG LLC services. You have to set it up for them to payoff the complete loan. If not, they will keep taking $60 out of your account FOREVER. I asked do they send out a email asking to pay it off she said yes. I told them that companies like this has so many dba names and that it's hard to track down and that they were added to SPAM due to ALL THE DAMN SPAM from other loan services once they get your email address.

I learned my lesson here. If I get a loan I'm going to make sure I pay the whole damn thing off. So far, this $200 loan has costed me $480 plus $260 which they are going to take out on my next pay date (payoff). In total $740 for a $200 loan. This is ridiculous, but you have to look at the fine print of the agreement and hope like hell you remember the company name and oh yeah, don't forget ALL the SPAM you're going to be getting. Thank God I have unlimited text plan for my iPhone... :)

After reading all these responses about CMG I am terrified. They deposited money in my account on 7-2-09 and I didn't apply with them! I don't even know who they are. Now I am afraid of what they will do to my account in the future - DOES ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW HOW TO STOP THIS KIND OF CHEATING?????

I apllied for a loan with them and was approved for $200.00. I declined the loan online because it was not the amount that I needed. I got a call from them and they asked if I was still interested I told them NO because I went with somebody else and the amount that I was approved for was not enough. The next morning when I checked my account they had deposited the money anyway even though I had told them NO. That is not right. Everybody else that I told NO to they respected my decision and said okay, why couldn't they have done the same thing.

Call your bank and have it returned.

I fell into the same trap. they called me twice to ask if I wanted the money and both time I said no. I'm not one that checks her bank statement, today I'm out of $2340.00 on a $300.00 deposit I did not authorize. I'm now closing my back account. The bank said try to work out something with them, if I can't they will work on it, but I probably will not get all my money back.
