O.K., now I'm blown away. Most people like to incorporate in Nevada because of the premise that Nevada protects the officers and directors of company's by not listing their names or contact information. Many people who are looking to protect their assets register in Nevada for that very reason. When did Nevada change their statute, because my understanding was that Nevada wouldn't even provide that information to the IRS and yet, here it is, with all officers and directors of the company listed. Can anyone catch me up on this?
