Does anyone knoe how I can contact Mount Oread Vent Loanshop?

I have the number from when I took out the pdl it is 1-800-757-0

I have the number from when I took out the pdl it is 1-800-757-0122 (loan shop)
I defaulted on this loan and got contacted by a wayne shepard and his number is 1-800-859-6439 ext. 350. They did a 50% settlement on my loan and it turned out to be less than I borrowed.
