i got a letter from mann bracken, llc about a debt my husband has on a credit card..
are they lagitamate?

They are attorneys, probably collecting on behalf of the collect
They are attorneys, probably collecting on behalf of the collection agency that has your husband's debt. Did they give you the complete information about the debt in the letter? Under federal laws, they must include the following information before doing further collections.
